Our consultants do not profess to understand your business better than you and will only advise you on the best solution once we have evaluated your future requirements.

At Lockfield we take a different approach:

	We will work with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your business and the challenges it is facing
	We will listen to your present and future IT requirements before calling on our own technical knowledge and broad based experience to identify the appropriate solution
	We will discuss our proposed approach to meeting the needs of your organisation with you and present our findings to you in a proposal detailing our approach, strategy and cost. We will not veer from our proposal, unless the structure or circumstances of the project shift.
	We will address, or advise on the most appropriate solution to, any issues encountered during the course of our work. Problem ownership is a hallmark of all Lockfield engagements.
	We provide regular client-driven Service Review Meetings giving clients the opportunity to provide us with feedback and re-evaluate the aims of the project.
	We will provide you with regular progress reports to provide you with clear, concise feedback on the status of the project.
