ResourceMatch has been constructed using a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 database, which has a relatively lower cost of ownership, and for which 3rd party hosting services are readily available.
Widely used standard reporting tools, such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports or Seagate Analysis can be used to provide management information.
The database uses standard technologies, allowing it to be easily maintained.
The system is Internet browser based, enabling remote users to easily interrogate the existing resource pool.
The application has been volume tested to 10,000 resources (CV's) to ensure robustness.
Search facilities are flexible.
The system is almost entirely automated from the point of view of the business running the service. The overall maintenance overhead is low.
There is the option for the resource pool to manage their complete CV and availability though the system
System security ensures user confidentiality and protects their data from unauthorised access.
Simple management reporting is built-in to the system and is easily expandable through 3rd party reporting tools.
Communication with suitable resource can be made via the system, via email and also via SMS messaging.
