Lockfield Group have constructed a fully operational demonstration web-site, namely www.carryoncontracting.com. This site demonstrates a typical implementation of the ResourceMatch product for an imaginary IT contracting agency. The demonstration web site is designed to deal with a specific set of business problems encountered by this agency:
Taking employers requirements for contract resource and matching up potential candidates in an efficient, secure way.
Attracting both new candidates and companies to use their service and encourage them to return to the agency on completion of the assignment.
Obtaining meaningful management reporting information, and containing administrative overheads.
 
This solution is effectively a matching engine that takes resource requirements as input, and provides ranked results of suitable resources as output, over a browser-based interface.
